Diversity, Equity and
Inclusivity Statement

Higher Money Pty Ltd was first founded on the land of the Traditional Owners, the Whadjuk people. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, as well as to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in our wider communities.

We are committed to the work required to create equity throughout the world. We specifically serve and support anyone who identifies as a woman in this business, and we welcome womxn of all ages, cultural backgrounds, gender identities and religions to our work. This includes anyone who holds an underrepresented identity such as being Black, Brown, Indigenous, a Person of Colour, a person with a disability, or anyone who identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual, non-binary, trans, gender fluid, gender nonconforming, queer, intersex or asexual.

We provide partial and full scholarships for all our programs so that we are able to serve a portion of the community that does not have the financial means. For each of our scholarships, we prioritise the most marginalised. To express your interest and be the first to find out when scholarships are available, please register your interest by emailing
[email protected].

It is our pledge that our podcast, The Diana Todd Podcast, share and showcase a minimum of 30% of guests who identify as Black, Brown, Indigenous or a Person of Colour.

We wish to acknowledge that this is not something we have always gotten right, and for that we apologise. This is our commitment to doing better, always.
